Here at Tali's Nailz, we believe that nailz should be accessible by all! No matter the nail shape, size, or curve. We manually size all of ur orders to ur exact nail measurements, ensuring a perfect fit. All users must create a nail profile in order to place an order <3

Create ur nail profile in a quick 5-minute process. After uploading just 5 pics, one of our artisans will be able to save ur exact measurements 4 all ur future sets. Create ur nail profile once, and never worry abt it again!

Tali spent two years in the GelX game where she fell in love with the sleek, extended look. Tali's Nailz are handmade, using GelX tips and a commitment to HEMA-free, TPHP-free, TPO-free, Camphor-free, and Formaldehyde-free polishes. We prioritize nail health over aesthetics, so that we can rock cute nailz 4eva <3

Ur Tali's Nailz press-on kit comes with a complete application kit (Dehydrator, Buffer, Nail File, Cuticle Stick, & Nail Glue). Follow the provided prep and application instructions and feel free to reference this tutorial video <3

We do not recommend ripping/prying ur nailz off (seriously pls dont!!) When ure ready 2 take off ur press-on nailz, simply follow the provided removal instructions to safely remove them without damaging ur natural nail beds & preserve ur set for future use. All u will need is a bowl of water + dish soap or cooking oil :p

A Tali designed set has an average retention rate of ~2 weeks. Ensure ur set lasts by carefully following the application instructions. After proper removal, u can rewear ur press-ons another time!

Upon placing a Tali's Nailz order, a confirmation email including all of ur order info will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure ur address is exact, so we know ur package will make it to ur doorstep! If for some reason the address is incorrect, contact us immediately with the correction at customercare@talisnailz.com right away! Please note that Tali's Nailz has the right to cancel an order at any time due to: incorrect pricing, fraudulent activity, inventory errors, or suspicious activity. Orders cancelled by Tali's Nailz will receive a full refund.

If you wish to change ur shipping address, please email us at customercare@talisnailz.com right away with the correction! If you inform us about the address change after we have shipped ur order, that is unfortunately not our responsibility. Sry <3

If multiple orders are placed, then the orders will be shipped in order of when they are received. Orders must be placed in the same transaction to qualify for any promotions or discounts.

Check ur order through the My Orders page. Here, we'll provide ur order summary, shipping info, and delivery estimates.

Once an order is placed, design details are uneditable. If you wish to change ur design details, please cancel ur order & place a new one!

Upon order confirmation, you will have a period of 4 hours to cancel the order through the My Orders page. After 4 hours, we may have already begun processing ur set and cannot guarantee a cancellation. Please reach out to us immediately if you need to make changes <3

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, & Amex.

Most orders ship within 2-6 business days! During busier periods it can take up to 15 business days. If we ever can't make that window, we'll email u with a new date and u can either wait for it or cancel for a full refund <3

Domestic orders take ~2-6 business days after shipment to arrive. Canada takes up to 21 business days after shipment <3

Tali's Nailz currently offers domestic shipping within the U.S. and international shipping to Canada.

Our nailz are made-to-order to ur exact measurements! Unfortunately, due to their uniqueness, we do not currently offer returns.

If a product arrives damaged, we will do our best to reconcile ur concern. Please contact us immediately to help resolve the issue at customercare@talisnailz.com.
